I put together a clear Scope of Work — what will be built, what it will do for your team, timeline, and fixed pricing. No hourly billing. No open-ended quotes. You know exactly what you're getting and what it costs before signing anything.
Once you sign and pay the 50% deposit, I build. You get regular updates via WhatsApp, and a working prototype to test before final delivery. If something isn't right, we fix it — within the agreed revision rounds.
On final delivery, you get a complete handoff — user guide, onboarding walkthrough, and 30 days of included support. If you want ongoing support after that, we offer monthly retainers. You're never left alone with something you don't understand.
